At Chloq, we understand that purchasing fragrances online requires trust. While we provide detailed scent descriptions and notes, we recognize that experiencing a fragrance in person may differ from expectations. To ensure your confidence in shopping with us, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Bottle must be at least 90% full
- Order number must be provided
- Returns are limited to 3 items per customer within a 90-day period
Condition Requirements
Your returned fragrance must meet these conditions:
- The bottle and packaging must be free from damage, scratches, or markings
- The fragrance must not have been exposed to extreme temperatures
- The product must not show signs of excessive use or tampering
- All original components, including box and information cards must be included
Return Process
1. Log into your account on our website
2. Navigate to "Order History" and select the item for return
3. Complete the return form, indicating your reason for return
4. Print the automatically generated return shipping label
5. Package the item securely in its original packaging
6. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
Refund Information
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping costs will be refunded for returns due to:
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Store credit option available with additional 10% bonus value
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sample-sized fragrances
- Limited edition or discontinued items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Fragrances that have been altered or decanted
- Items showing signs of excessive use

Before returning, we offer:

- Personalized recommendations based on your preferences
- Detailed explanation of fragrance notes and characteristics
- Alternative suggestions within your preferred scent family
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item:
- Submit photos through our online return portal within 48 hours of delivery
- Immediate replacement shipping at our expense
- No return shipping required for damaged items
- Full refund of original shipping costs
